The Band
The original Windfall performed at clubs and concerts (and even cow barns) throughout New England in the 1970's. Today, with several personnel changes, they all remain the best of friends and still get a huge kick out of performing live for enthusiastic audiences.
The two most recent members of the band are both exceptional talents with very impressive musical bios:
Bob Stickle - Lead Guitar and Vocals: Bob, our LI transplant, cut his teeth playing in bands in the highly competitive NY/NJ music scene for years. Then work necessitated a move to NE where Windfall was very fortunate to have scoffed him up within weeks of his arrival to Red Sox Nation! Bob is quite the showman and one heck of an amazing guitar player! See for yourself!
Mike Agbay - Drummer/Percussionist: Mike had the perfect mentor for the job, his older brother Tony, who had performed with the original Windfall for several years. Mike and Tony's inspiration came from their Dad, a legendary Worcester entertainer and drummer who started teaching his sons while they were still in grammer school! Mike has recorded and toured nationally in his younger days and continues to perform as one of the area's premier drummers. Mike is also a highly respected martial arts instructor who runs his own dojo (MJA Martial Arts) in Sturbridge, MA.
The next three members are from the original Windfall lineup:
John Morello - Lead Vocals and leader of the band: John's powerful vocals just keeping getting better with age (like fine wine, another of John's passions). He and Rick played in the popular wedding band Rhapsody throughout the 80's and 90's and have now come full circle back to their rock and roll roots. John will be happy to speak with you about booking the band.
Rick Feeley - Bass and Vocals: Rick is as steady as they come on the bass, laying down the groove that gets everybody up on the dance floor! He is also a composer who has written and recorded a number of his songs.
Rich LaPearl - Guitar Synth and Rhythm/Lead/Slide guitar: Rich started playing the violin in 3rd grade and trumpet in grades 4-6. Now he can do it all on his guitar thanks to some amazing technology. If you're wondering who's playing that Hammond B3, trumpet, or synth lead, well, now you know the secret.
And a special shout out to all prior Windfall members and crew who remain our cherished friends.
